Refund Policy – EcoTrendSolutions

At EcoTrendSolutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ecotrendsolutions.store. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products including special orders or personalized items; and personal care items like beauty products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards.

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient process is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the quickest turnaround time.

For customers in the European Union, we honor a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria: unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ecotrendsolutions.store for further assistance.
